Milton Fuentes


Milton Fuentes is an attorney with over 23 years of legal experience who is registered to practice law before the state and federal trial and appellate courts of the State of Florida. His representative cases include matters involving general contract issues, joint ventures, corporate governance disputes, shareholder claims, Director & Officer liability claims, regulatory banking and banking contract claims, complex commercial transactions, cross-border disputes, real property litigation, franchise and distribution litigation, and intellectual property litigation.

Mr. Fuentes has been nominated and approved as Class Action Counsel for representative classes in cases involving claims against various airlines and he has been appellate counsel in cases before the Third District Court of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, and the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Before managing his own practice, Mr. Fuentes was a litigation associate with a mid-cap law firm in charge of representing the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as Outside Counsel during liquidation and reorganization procedures.

He has spoken at various conferences held in Brazil, Colombia, Guyana, Mexico, and Spain generally concerning commercial investment and risk management in the United States and for US investments abroad.
