Our founder
Mr. Alexander G. Cubas, Attorney at Law
A native New Yorker and lifelong Miamian, Alexander holds a juris doctor degree from the University of Miami, is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, and is also a licensed Realtor. And a proud member of the Florida Bar as well as the ALTA [American Land Title Association] following their strict best practices and ethical code of conduct.
With 25 years of experience as a real estate attorney, title Insurance professional, and Realtor, Alexander truly understands the real estate business from multiple seats at the table.
His client-first approach underscores his passion for problem-solving, driven by an ability to examine complex issues and deliver creative solutions.
Whether working with an individual buyer, large-scale developer or major investors, Mr. Cubas empowers his clients with the knowledge, resources, and know-how needed to outline and accomplish their real estate goals.
His vast experience navigating varying market cycles ensures his clients receive strategic, forward-thinking and innovative counsel.
